Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Piqo Analytics (“Piqo”, “Service”), operated by MVP Stack LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or installing the tracker, you agree to these terms.

01The Service

Piqo is a privacy-first web analytics service. You can install our tracker script on websites you own or operate to collect aggregate analytics, and access that data through your dashboard.

02Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, including any team members you invite.
• Keep your sign-in credentials and Stripe API keys secret. If you think your account has been compromised, email [email protected].

03Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Install the tracker on websites you do not own or operate
• Use Piqo to collect personally identifying information about visitors (it isn't designed for that)
• Send fake or manipulated events to inflate counts or otherwise mislead other users of the Service
• Resell raw access to the Piqo API or dashboard without our written consent
• Use the Service to host or distribute illegal content, malware, or anything that violates third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this section or that put the stability of the Service at risk.

04Pricing, trials, and billing

• New accounts include a 14-day free trial of the full Service. No credit card is required to start the trial.
• After the trial, you can subscribe to a paid plan to keep using the dashboard. Pricing is shown on the billing page; the regular price is $19/month.
• The first 100 yearly subscribers may subscribe at our early-supporter rate of $99/year, locked in for the lifetime of the subscription as long as it remains in good standing. The monthly plan is always charged at the regular price.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime from the billing page; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• All fees are charged in US dollars and are non-refundable except where required by law.

05Plan limits and overages

Paid plans include a monthly event quota (currently 1,000,000 events). If you exceed it, we won't silently drop your data — we'll email you and ask you to upgrade or wait until the next month. We may slow down or pause ingestion for accounts that repeatedly exceed their plan without upgrading.

06Your data

You own the analytics data collected through your sites. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it from your dashboard at any time.

07Our intellectual property

The Piqo software, dashboard, brand, and tracker script remain the property of MVP Stack LLC. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them while your account is in good standing.

08Service availability

We aim for high availability but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, ship updates, or pause access briefly when needed. We won't be liable for outages outside our reasonable control.

09Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the Service. If we terminate your account for cause, we may withhold pro-rata refunds.

10Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the Service at your own risk.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVP Stack LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify active customers by email for material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
