Google Search Console

Pull your top queries, pages, countries, and devices into Piqo. Syncs every 6 hours.

Once connected, Piqo shows your Search Console performance alongside the rest of your analytics — same dashboard, same date ranges, same export. Headline totals match what you see in GSC itself (including the anonymized-queries bucket).

1. Connect your Google account

  1. Open Account settings.
  2. Scroll to Google Search Console and click Connect.
  3. Pick the Google account that owns your verified GSC properties and approve the read-only scope.
You can connect several Google accounts. Run two businesses with separate Search Console logins? Click Connect another Google account in Account settings and each site's settings page lets you pick which account that site links through.

2. Link a property to each site

  1. Go to a site's Settings page.
  2. In the Google Search Console panel pick a property from the dropdown.
  3. Hit Link property. Piqo pulls the last 28 days inline (10–60 seconds) and the cron tops it up to the full 12-month history within 6 hours.
Only matching properties appear. The dropdown filters to verified GSC properties whose domain matches the site you're editing — both https://example.com/ (URL-prefix) and sc-domain:example.com (Domain property) matchexample.com.

3. View your data

Two surfaces, same data:

  • Per-site — Open any site, then click Search in the sidebar. Chart, keyword explorer, insights tabs, and the top pages / countries / devices breakdown.
  • Account-wideSearch insights gives you one card per linked site with its chart and deltas, sorted by clicks. Useful when you manage more than one project.

What you get

  • Headline tiles — clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, each with a +/− delta vs the previous window.
  • Chart — daily clicks (bars) + impressions (line) on dual axes, same visual as the GSC performance chart.
  • Keyword explorer — click a keyword to see which pages rank for it, where searchers are, and the device split.
  • Insights tabsWinners, Losers, Opportunities (position 8–20), Quick wins (page-1 ranks with low CTR), New, Lost.
  • Breakdowns — top pages full-width, plus top countries (with flags) and devices.

Sync schedule and data retention

  • Every 6 hours. A cron pulls fresh data for every linked site.
  • 3-day rolling re-fetch. GSC marks data as “final” after about 2 days; we re-pull the last 3 days every run so late-arriving rows overwrite cleanly.
  • 12 months retention. Older partitions drop automatically — same horizon GSC's own UI exposes.
  • Initial backfill = 12 months. Triggered by the first cron tick after you link a site; the inline 28-day pull on link makes data show up immediately.

Disconnecting

You can unlink a single site from its settings page, or revoke the whole Google connection from Account settings → Disconnect. Either action wipes the corresponding Search Console data from Piqo immediately — both the daily totals and the per-keyword breakdowns.

Common gotchas

  • “No matching properties.” The site's domain doesn't match any verified property on your Google account. Add and verify the site at search.google.com/search-console, then refresh the panel.
  • Totals don't match GSC. Make sure you're looking at the same date range. We end the window at today−3 to match Google's freshness lag — GSC's “Last 28 days” uses the same boundary.
  • Position deltas look inverted. They are — on purpose. In SEO terms, going from rank 12 → 7 is an improvement, so we show that as ↑ green.
